Every Wednesday of Term 2 children will be involved in the 'No child left behind' programme. This is where they take part in a range of sports game to improve their fundamental skills.
Purple Cake Day is tomorrow! Please bring you baking to the class. If you are wanting to ride your wheels at lunch time bring it to the classroom also. Remember your money to support the charity!

On Friday the 7th
of March, Nelson Central School is celebrating Purple Cake Day. Purple Cake Day is a charity that supports
children worldwide and its focus is on kids helping kids. The Pohutukawa
Syndicate is having a cake stall to raise funds for this charity. We would
appreciate it if you and your child could bake something for this stall and
bring it on the morning of the 7th
when we will sell it to the rest of the school. All the proceeds
will go to the Purple Cake Day organisation.
When- Friday
7th of March
What- Any kind of
baking: cakes, muffins, slices, biscuits

issued closer to the time.
